By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using Places Rewards (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Places Rewards is a rewards and loyalty platform connecting members with discounts, promotions, and rewards offered by participating local businesses. Customer and business plans provide different levels of access, as described on each plan’s product page and at checkout.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a paid membership.
4. Membership & Payment
Paid Places Rewards plans are recurring monthly subscriptions unless checkout states otherwise. The initial charge may include the first month and a one-time setup fee, as shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed monthly price until canceled. Current pricing and plan details are displayed at checkout prior to purchase.
Places Rewards reserves the right to change membership pricing or benefits going forward; changes will not retroactively affect a membership already purchased.
5. Rewards & Participating Businesses
Rewards, discounts, and promotions are set independently by each participating business and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice from Places Rewards. We do our best to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee the availability of any specific offer.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to defraud participating businesses, sharing your account with others to circumvent membership tiers, or using automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular reward or discount will be available at any given time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Places Rewards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with participating businesses.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
